While it’s been confirmed that the next tenant in Hayes Valley’s eco-friendly Proxy project will be the Suppenkuche Biergarten, Eater SF has it that plans for a Proxy-bound Pizzeria Delfina and 4505 Meats have been nixed. And while we’re sad that we won’t be able to get a classic Delfina slice in Hayes, it seems another pizza spot, the Oakland-based Pizzaiolo, is looking to move into the space, along with Prather Ranch, although neither have been confirmed. Current tenants, of course, number just two: Smitten Ice Cream and Ritual Roasters coffee.
