Leighton Meester was recently snapped at the New York premiere of the film Monte Carlo with a new accessory—some whispy, eyebrow-length bangs, along with a slightly darker color. We've always loved Ms. Waldorf's curlier, fringe-free locks, but we think she's totally rocking this new super-sophisticated cut. She's also not looking too shabby in that floral, off-the-shoulder Carven dress, which seriously needs to find its way into our closets.
