
The much-loved and ridiculously delicious cult street food vender El Huarache Loco is opening its first bricks-and-mortar space this winter. They're moving into the Marin Country Mart with the help of S.F. local business initiative La Cocina.
So, Veronica Salazar, the owner of the family-run business, is basically living a foodie fairy tale right now. Using locally sourced ingredients to recreate the dishes she with grew up with, she's essentially giving you the locovore version of her family's super-secret recipes, at El Huarache Loco.
