Wow. That's a whole lotta fascinator but, well, she's Kate Winslet and can totally pull it off. One of R29's favorite serious actresses stepped out at Hong Kong International Races wearing a massive, gilded, ornate fascinator, and while this choice might ordinarily speak to being attacked by shrubbery, rendered in gold it's actually totally perfect for the season. Winslet's getting a bit of a rep for fascinating (if that's the proper verb) and this is our favorite so far.
