Cue the facepalm. Needless to say, the U.K. is not pleased by the protectorate-dweller's Canadian's comment. Apparently, Prince Harry allegedly mocks his older brother's receding hairline, but many are saying that the teen (who isn't exactly a hair guru himself) had no right to make such a comment. (Little brothers are one thing. Twitter superstars are another.) While we certainly agree that the Bieb overstepped his bounds, we're more curious as to how he has amassed such great knowledge about the way Propecia works. Could it be from his own personal use?
